What's New? - 08/21/2008 - Stamford West wins Westchester Baseball Association 10/U Championship - The Stamford West team comprised of most of the NL 9/10 team tied for 1st in the WBA summer league regular season with an 8-3 record and went 3-0 in the play-offs including wins 10-0 and 13-3 in the semi-finals and finals to clinch the Championship. It is the first Championship for Stamford West teams in 3 years competing in the WBA. The players on the team include:

Little League has implemented a rule change for Players age 12. It reads, "All candidates who are league age twelve (12) must be drafted to a Little League Major Division team. Exceptions can only be made with written approval from the District Administrator, and only if approved at the local league level by the Board of Directors and the parent of the candidate."
